Billing rules

Postpay billing calculates charges based on actual instance usage per minute (rounded up), with deductions occurring every 15 minutes and billed hourly. This payment model does not require upfront costs but does mandate that the account balance is above RMB 100. While prices for postpay are higher than subscription (prepay), this model is better suited for scenarios requiring rapid scaling of resources—services can be released immediately post-usage to minimize costs.

Expiration Reminders and Handling

  • Expiration Reminders: 7 days before your BCC instance service expires, the system will send you a reminder notification.
  • Handling After Expiration: After expiration, the service will be immediately suspended, and the system will send an expiration suspension notification. Your data will be retained for 7 days without charge. If the account is not topped up within this 7-day period, the data will be released. The system will send a release notification 1 day before the data is released and again at the time of release.
