How to do if the server CPU is fully utilized?
Log in to the BCC to identify the processes or applications consuming CPU resources.
- On a Linux server, you can use the
nmoncommand or thetopcommand to view. - On Windows, you can check in Task Manager (or install Baidu Security Guardian) and forcibly end relevant processes after analysis. If your processes are under normal load, consider upgrading the server configuration or purchasing additional BCCs to share the load.
How to do if the server bandwidth is fully utilized?
If application traffic reaches the bandwidth cap, you need to adjust the bandwidth. For fully utilized virtual private cloud bandwidth, upgrade to an instance with higher bandwidth specifications. For fully utilized public network bandwidth, adjust the EIP's bandwidth limit accordingly.
