How to make payment for purchasing BCC?

BCC offers three payment options: prepay (subscription), postpay (pay-as-you-go), and spot instances. With prepay, you pay after placing an order to subscribe to BCC; for postpay or spot instances, the service activates immediately after placing an order without upfront payment, but for postpay, your account balance must exceed 100 yuan.

How to request an invoice?

Does the system provide expiration reminders?

For prepaid (subscription) services, the system sends daily notifications via SMS to users starting seven days before the service period expires.

Can BCC be changed from postpay to prepay on a monthly basis?

Yes, you can switch from pay-as-you-go (postpay) to subscription (prepay) mode through the "Shift Charge" function.

How does the fee change after the resource configuration is modified?

Once the resource configuration is updated and payment is completed, the service becomes usable.

If resources are suspended due to debt, will the system automatically resume after recharging?

• Within seven days after expiration, BCC will automatically be disabled but retain the data while issuing renewal notices to users. After renewal, the system restores the original service automatically.
• If the overdue period exceeds seven days, BCC will be deleted permanently, and resources cannot be recovered. However, custom images of the user will remain preserved.

Do custom images still exist after instance release?

Yes, they support this.

Is it possible to switch the billing mode?

It allows switching between pay-as-you-go and subscription modes. For subscribed instances, users may opt to change to pay-as-you-go mode either immediately or upon the subscription’s expiration. Access and changes can be made directly in the BCC product console.
