Cancel the Cross-region Replicated Custom Image

Description
- This API is used to cancel the cross-region replication of custom image, which is only limited to the custom image. The system image and service integration image can not be shared.
- imageId is the image ID of destination region. If the specified image does not exist, it prompts an error 404.
