Description:
Due to security risks in Docker 18.9.2 and Docker 19.3.13, the Cloud Container Engine (CCE) no longer supports scaling nodes with these container runtime types and versions. New nodes scaled with this configuration will default to using Docker 20.10.24, and existing nodes are not affected. Please upgrade the container runtime version promptly.
