- The system checks if your account balance (including available coupons) is enough to cover the next three days' costs based on your bill amount from the past three days. If the balance is insufficient, a renewal reminder will be sent.

Debt handling
- At the beginning of each hour, Beijing Time, the system verifies whether your account balance is sufficient to cover the current BOS bill (e.g., at 11:00 AM Beijing Time, it checks if the account balance can pay for the bill from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM). If the balance is insufficient, a debt is incurred, and a debt notification will be sent by the system.
- Service will be suspended immediately due to overdue payments, and the system will issue a notification regarding the suspension. Data will be retained for 15 days during which storage fees will apply. If no payment is made within 15 days, the data will be deleted. The system will send a notification 1 day before, as well as when data deletion occurs.
- If the service is suspended due to debt, and you recharge within 15 days, restoring your account balance to above 0, the BOS data will automatically be restored.
