Slow file download speed
Solution:
- Reboot the application and retry downloading the file
- Share files via links and copy the links to other downloading tools
- If the methods above fail, submit a ticket with logs, disk size and other information
Crashes
If there are many upload & download records, try deleting the db file
Methods of deleting DB File:
- Windows: The bos-brower-db.json file is located in C:\Users\${username}\AppData\Roaming\bos-browser.
- Mac: The bos-brower-db.json file is found at /Users/${username}/Library/Application\ Support/Electron/.
