Baidu AI Cloud Object Storage (BOS) and Baidu Netdisk Integration Usage Agreement

Before using the linkage function between Baidu AI Cloud Object Storage (BOS) and Baidu Netdisk for storage and sharing, carefully read and understand this Protocol of Usage for the Linkage Function between Baidu AI Cloud Object Storage (BOS) and Baidu Network Disk Storage and Sharing (referred to as "this Protocol").

This Protocol consists of the general terms of the Baidu AI Cloud User Service Protocol and the following special service terms. In the case of any inconsistency between the general terms and special terms, the special terms shall prevail.

1. The main service functions covered by this Protocol include the synchronization of files or folders from BOS to the exclusive space of the Baidu Netdisk Enterprise Customization Service (referred to as the Netdisk Exclusive Space) by granting BOS access and operation rights. This process generates sharing links for Netdisk to help you share relevant files easily.
2. To use these functions, you must acknowledge and authorize the BOS product to access and utilize information from your Baidu Netdisk enterprise customization account, including your Baidu Netdisk AK, SK, and APPID.
3. You acknowledge and authorize BOS to access and use the aforementioned information to facilitate network disk sharing services for BOS files. If you discontinue using these services, BOS will disable the relevant information upon your request.
4. BOS implements security measures that meet current legal requirements and industry standards to protect your information, including but not limited to encryption.
5. Except for providing the aforementioned functions, BOS will not share, transfer, or disclose your Baidu Netdisk enterprise customization account information without your consent or a mandatory legal requirement.
6. You have the right to modify or delete your enterprise customization network disk account information. You may revoke the authorization under this Protocol via the BOS console. For details, refer to BOS Console Network Disk Linkage Share Unbinding Operation.
7. If you choose to stop using the aforementioned functions, please terminate the authorization in accordance with Article 6 of this Protocol. If authorization is not withdrawn, BOS will continue to provide the services as outlined in this Protocol. You understand and agree that while using the Netdisk sharing services under this Protocol, the content, scope, and methods of sharing files must comply with applicable laws, regulations, departmental rules, and national policies. If you violate these requirements, Baidu AI Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Netdisk sharing services. Any resulting consequences and responsibilities will be borne solely by you, and you will compensate Baidu AI Cloud for any losses incurred.
8. You understand and agree that when using Baidu Netdisk’s enterprise customization service, you must adhere to the relevant service regulations of the Baidu Netdisk enterprise customization platform. Any non-compliance with these regulations or resulting issues or disputes must be resolved between you and the Baidu Netdisk enterprise customization platform. For example, if you have not purchased the required network disk service, accrued debts, or cannot use the linkage function due to network issues in the enterprise customization service—such as synchronization failures, invalid sharing links, or sharing failures—BOS will not be held responsible for these outcomes.
9. You understand and agree that when using this function, it is your responsibility to verify the consistency between the file data in the Netdisk Exclusive Space and the original data stored in BOS before modifying or deleting the source data in BOS.
10. You understand and agree that BOS requires specific configuration operations for Baidu Netdisk’s enterprise customization service to enable stable network disk linkage functionality. For example, transferring data involves allocating storage space in your enterprise-customized Netdisk and may require callback verification of your identity during the upload process.
11. You acknowledge that the above terms of this Protocol are necessary for providing you with the services. If you do not agree to the terms of this Protocol, you will be unable to normally use the netdisk sharing services under this Protocol.
