Overview

When an error occurs during website access, the browser displays the corresponding error page, such as: 404 Not Found, 403 Forbidden, etc. The Error Code Page Custom Settings of CDN allows you to custom the error page, optimize network experience; in simple terms, when the website goes wrong, the browser will display a specific page, instead of the default error page.

It provides the following two options:

• Default value: When http response returns 404, the server returns the default page of 404 Not Found.
• Customize: When http response returns 404, it will redirect to the 404 page designed and edited on its own, and the complete URL address of the page to be redirected shall be customized, such as "Baidu AI Cloud 404 Page".

Caution

Customized page is the individual resource, charging according to the normal distribution price.

Set Error Code Page Customization

1.Log into the CDN Management Console and enter the “Content Delivery Network (CDN) " page.

2.Click Domain Name Management on the left navigation bar.

3.Enter the domain name management page, and click the Management of the target domain name operation column.

4.Enter the “CDN Domain Name Details " page, and select the Cache Configuration tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

5.Click Edit in the module of Error Code Page Custom Settings.

6.Set Enable or Disable customized page, select Enable customized page, and you can input the URL corresponding to the error code.

The error code page is customized to support the error codes: 401, 403, 404, 414, 429, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504.

7.Click Save to save the setting.
