Overview

On the page of Monthly Service Report, you can learn about the detailed information about business status and resource consumption each month, and can also download the report, or set Monthly Subscription service.

Notes

Currently, the sub-account does not support the feature of Monthly Service Report.

View Monthly Service Report

1.Log in CDN Management Console, select Statistical Analysis - Monthly Service Report from the Navbar on the left of the console.

2.On the page of Monthly Service Report, you can view Data Details, TOP5 Consumptions, TOP5 Low Hit Rate and Top5 Error Code, and can set Monthly Report Display, Statement Subscription as well as Download Monthly Report.

Data Details

In the Data Details of Monthly Service Report, you can query the monthly consumption, including total traffic, peak bandwidth, traffic details and bandwidth data of the month.

TOP5 Consumptions

In the TOP5 Consumptions of the Monthly Service Report, you can query the traffic consumption, proportion and year-on-year change of the domain name/tag among the TOP10 total monthly traffic consumption with the domain name or tag as dimension.

Select Domain Name/Bandwidth and Domain Name/Tag to switch the display of data.
Click to switch to statistical chart or sheet for data display.

TOP5 Low Hit Rate

In the TOP5 Low Hit Rate of the Monthly Service Report, you can query the detailed information about the domain name/tag among the TOP5 monthly average hit rate and lowest hit rate with the domain name or tag as dimension.

Select Domain Name/Tag to switch the display of data.
Click to switch to statistical chart or sheet for data display.

TOP5 Error Code

In the TOP5 Error Code of the Monthly Service Report, you can query the information about the error rate, count of requests and year-on-year changes with the domain name or tag as dimension.

Click to switch to statistical chart or sheet for data display.

Monthly Report Display Setting

You can click Monthly Report Custom Settings - Monthly Report Display Settings, and set the display information contents of monthly report.

Statement Subscription Setting

After the monthly report subscription feature is enabled, the system periodically sends reports in pdf and image format to your mailbox.

Enabling steps

1.Click Monthly Report Custom Settings - Monthly Report Display Setting at the top-left corner, to set the monthly report display information content.

2.In the pop-up Security Verification box, complete the security verification through short message.

3.Configure subscription information in the pop-up dialog box of Report Subscription Settings.

You can customize the following features of report:

Report contents. You can custom which types of data to be display in the report, including traffic bandwidth data, access data, forward-to-origin data and TOP data. The specific indicators in every type of data can also be customized.
Report sending frequency and time. You can select to send you report on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. If you choose to send the report daily, it will be sent at 8:00am; if you choose to send every week/month/quarter, it will be sent every Monday/the first day of each month/each quarter.
Report recipient/group. You can add multiple recipients of monthly reports when configuring the monthly report feature
Send to service providers of Baidu AI Cloud synchronously.
