          Resource Bundle Billing

          BOS supports the procurement of resource bundle in the form of prepaid, after the procurement of the resource bundle, your BOS expense will be offset at first by the resource bundle, and the use within the specifications of the resource bundle will be free of charge, and the excessive part is charged according to the amount used. You can purchase the resource bundle directly under the tab "BOS > Global Overview" > Resource Bundle Procurement" of Baidu AI Cloud Administration Console, and you can select the type of resource bundle, region, specifications, procurement duration and effective date according to the prompts.

          Type of Resource Bundle

          Currently, BOS provides four types of resource bundle:

          • Standard storage package: It is used to offset the capacity generated when using object storage, and it is only applicable for standard storage.
          • Archival storage package: It is used to offset the capacity generated when using object storage, and it is only applicable for archival storage.
          • Downlink data package of outer net: It is used to offset the outflow of the outer net, and it is applicable to all types of storage.
          • Returning source data package: It is used to offset the returning source data generated when using CDN to accelerate the domain name access to BOS resources, and it is applicable to all types of storage.

          Pricing of Resource Bundle

          The standard storage package is available to Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Baoding, Hong Kong and Huazhong Finance Wuhan.

          The archive storage is only available in Guangzhou at present, and will support more regions later. Therefore, the archival storage package is only open to Guangzhou temporarily.

          • The storage package is to offset the charges for capacity per hour. For example: If a user buys a 6-month standard storage package of 1TB, BOS service deducts the hourly charges for the capacity of the 1TB standard storage generated during such hour within the 6 months that the standard storage package takes effect; it goes into effect every hour.
          • The number in the first row of each cell in the billing table indicates the price of the resource bundle, and the number in the bracket in the second row is the price that the resources bundle is converted into a post-paid one to help you compare.

          Special Note:

          • Currently, BOS data package has only one kind of duration: 1 month, and it will support more duration step by step later. Please stay tuned.
          • The BOS data package deducts the corresponding flow data accumulated by user every month within the specified time range. For example: If a user buys a 6-month downlink data package of outer net of 1TB, the users gets 1TB quota for downlink data of outer net every month, and the downlink data exceeding the quota is charged on a pay-as-you-go basis for 6 months.
          • The data quota of the BOS data package will be reset automatically to zero when it expires.
          • The number in the first row of each cell in the billing table indicates the price of the resource bundle, and the number in the bracket in the second row is the price that the resources bundle is converted into a post-paid one to help you compare.

          Billing Rules

          1. The resource bundle is prepaid, and requires one-off payment.
          2. Period of validity: You can specify the effective time when buying the resource bundle (accurate to minute) or choose to take effect immediately.

          3. During the effective period, the relevant expense of the user is deducted from the resource bundle at first, and the excessive part is charged on a post-paid basis according to the actual data. Taking the standard storage package as an example:

            • Currently, the user has two 100GB standard storage package in effect, and the current "standard storage -space occupation" is 180GB, so the item is free from charge due to 180GB < 200GB.
            • Currently, the user has two 100GB standard storage package in effect, and the current "Standard Storage Space Occupation" is 250GB, so only the excessive part of 50GB is charged due to 250GB > 200GB, namely payment according to the actual data.
          4. If the storage package is opened during a certain hour, the storage package is deducted according to the time proportion for the next hourly bill, and will not be deducted as a whole hour completely. For example, if a user currently has a standard package of 100GB, and opens another standard package of 200GB at 10:30, and then, the BOS service will deduct 50GB of the standard storage of BOS according to the time proportion from the bill issued at 11:00.
          5. Service restriction: For this account only. If the effective time set by the user is earlier than the order time, the order time shall be the effective time. 6.The user can buy multiple resource bundles, and multiple resource bundles can be in effect at the same time.
          6. Support to renew the existing resource bundle and you can change the size and duration of the resource bundle at the renewal, but the original region for use cannot be changed. Upon successful renewal, the resource bundle can be used after the expiration of the original effective date.
          7. Official refund: The user who has had the resource bundle for less than 7 days and has not used it (namely, the effective time is set in the future) can be fully refunded; the refund is not available if the resource bundle has been used (has come into force) or has exceeded 7 days.
          8. Expiration reminder: The due resource bundle expires immediately, a reminder message is sent 7 days before and upon expiration.
