Will the data be lost after arrearage?

Arrears:

• When the balance of your account is less than RMB 0 and you cannot pay the BOS bill, the system will send a notice of arrears in such case.
• The service is stopped immediately in case of arrear, the system will send a notice to stop the service due to such arrear, and the data will be reserved for you for 15 days, during which the fee for storage space will be charged. The data will be deleted if it is not charged within 15 days, and the system will send a notice for deleting data 1 day before the data are deleted and when the data are deleted.

What is the fee deduction standard for the traffic after the mirror returning source is enabled?

The mirror returning source is a setting at bucket level, and the files captured by the mirror returning source are stored in the standard storage by default at present, and the billing items include three parts of fees like storage, request and traffic. Is there any traffic consumption for the downloaded files that BOS called and accessed through GetObject method?

The downloaded files obtained from the GetObject method call are charged for request fees + traffic fees, and in case of infrequent storage and cold storage , the files are charged for data retrieval fees. See Pricing for introduction to specific costs.

Does the repeated uploads of unmodified files on BOS consume the time of requests?

Each upload will request the corresponding upload interface, and will calculate the number of request.

How to deal with the problem if BOS has been recharged but still cannot be opened?

It usually takes about 10-20 minutes for BOS to take effect after overdue recharge and be used normally. Please be patient and try to refresh the browser cache after 10 minutes.

How to use the BOS storage package purchased?

BOS supports the procurement of resource bundle in the form of prepaid. Once the storage package is subscribed, your BOS consumption will be deducted from the storage package first (No special setting is required). The amount used within the specifications of the storage package is free of charge and the exceeding part will be charged according to the exceeding amount. You can directly subscribe the storage package under the tab of "BOS > Storage Package" of MMC. You just need to choose the region, specifications, duration subscribed and the effective date according to the instructions. What to do if I cannot find the overdue BOS resources?

The BOS will be automatically out of service if it is overdue for more than 24 hours. In such case, the part of resources in the storage space occupied by the user will still be charged according to the amount, resulting in accumulative overdue balance. The service for user will not be affected if it is recharged within 24 hours since overdue. The BOS will be automatically out of service if it is overdue for more than 24 hours, and will be automatically back to service if the user makes up the overdue amount by recharging within 15 days. Overdue for more than 15 days will be regarded as an initiative waiver of the BOS storage service by the user. In which case, the storage space will be recovered and the data in the storage space will be cleared up. Data after such clear up is unrecoverable.
