Set Hotlink Protection

Basic Introduction
In order to prevent the data stored by users on the BOS from being stolen by others, the BOS supports a hotlink protection method based on the HTTP header referer field. The user can set the whitelist of Referer field by BOS console. After the whitelist is set, only the users in the whitelist of Referer field can access the data stored in bucket, and those request outside the whitelist will be refused. However, if the user‘s Referer is empty, it can be accessed by default and is not restricted by the whitelist.
Operation Method
At present, the function of setting up the Referer whitelist only supports operation through the console. For specific operations and some restrictions, please refer to Set up the Referer Whitelist on the Console
