- The RDS for SQL Server instance does not provide the privilege of creating database and account in the command line. It does not support modification to database-level character set and database parameters.
- For the sake of security protection, you cannot enable some SQL server features, such as distributed transactions, Windows domain user account login, mail feature, BI analysis feature, report form feature, Service Broker, SQL Server Profiler, copy feature, policy management, and proxy enabling/disabling feature, etc.
