Can the data be written into target RDS during the synchronization when synchronizing the data (full plus incremental) onto RDS via DTS?

You may write the data into target database during the data synchronization process. However, if there is primary key conflict between written data and data in source database, the write failure might occur, which in turn leads to interruption of synchronization task. In addition, if you modify the target database's table structure or delete the table, etc., it might lead to task error as well.
