Delete Secondary IP Address of Elastic Network Interface

Description
Remove intranet IPs from an elastic network interface.
- The primary IP address cannot be deleted; only secondary IP addresses can be deleted;
- Specify IPv4 or IPv6 intranet IPs can be specified for deletion
