Delete Intranet IP from elastic network interface in batches

Description
Batch delete intranet IPs from elastic network interfaces.
- The primary IP address cannot be deleted; only secondary IP addresses can be deleted;
- Specify IPv4 or IPv6 intranet IPs can be specified for deletion
