Identity and access management

The transaction system Open API supports IAM user access under the [Identity and Access Management](Reference/Enterprise Organization/Enterprise Organization vs. Identity and Access Management.md) permission system. IAM users who have been assigned relevant system permission policies can perform operations within the scope of the permission policies (such as bill inquiry) on behalf of the primary user.
