What is the expiration date of a coupon?

The validity period of a coupon is specified by Baidu when it is issued to the customer. It starts counting from the moment it is issued to the customer and is irrelevant to whether the coupon is activated. A coupon remains valid until 23:59:59 on its expiration date and becomes invalid at 00:00 (midnight) on the next day.

Why can’t I use my voucher for payment?

Coupons without a specified recipient must be activated before use. Please refer to Coupon Instructions. After logging in to the console, click on your username in the upper right corner, then select Financial Center from the drop-down menu. After entering the Financial Center, you can find a Coupon Management link in the console on the left side. Click to enter, and you will see an Activate Coupon option. If you have a coupon, activate it to use it.

Can arrears be covered with coupons?

No. Arrears can only be covered by recharging with cash and cannot be paid using coupons.
