Renew Overview

When your prepaid service is 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day away from expiration respectively, the system will send you a reminder that the service is about to expire. If you wish to continue using Baidu AI Cloud resources, you can renew the service in the following ways.

Baidu AI Cloud provides two renewal methods:

• Manual renewal: Access the instance interface of the product and complete the renewal manually.
• Auto-renewal: Activate the auto-renewal service to enable the system to automatically renew the cloud resources.

Manual renewal

The renewal functions include Single Instance Renewal and Batch Renewal. The renewal operations vary by product. You need to access the instance interface of the selected product and select the renewal operation.

Take Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) service as an example to introduce resource expiration and renewal:

If you purchased and activated the monthly Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) service at 10:00 on January 10, 2020, the service will expire at 10:00 on February 10, 2020. The system will send SMS reminders about the upcoming expiration 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the expiration date respectively, notifying you to renew the service if you want to continue using it. Auto-renewal

If you have purchased a prepaid service, Baidu AI Cloud recommends that you activate the auto-renewal service to save your operation time and avoid inconvenience caused by service suspension due to renewal failure. For more details about renewal, please refer to Auto-Renewal.
