What payment methods are available for purchasing products?
After selecting your required configurations, a corresponding order will be generated. You can complete the purchase by paying for the order. For order payment, you can choose balance payment or third-party payment.
- Balance payment: You can use your account balance to quickly complete the order payment.

Third-party payment:
- Online payment: Pay for the order through the supported platforms. Supported platforms: “Duxiaoman”, “Alipay”, “WeChat Pay”.
- Offline remittance: First recharge to your account balance via offline remittance, then use the account balance to pay for the order.
Note: Currently, Baidu AI Cloud does not support corporate online banking payment temporarily. For customers who need to use corporate online banking payment, please first generate your exclusive account (Obtaining Exclusive Account) or choose to make a transfer to the corporate account, recharge to your account balance, and then complete the subsequent order payment.
Why is the recharge not credited to the account?
There are multiple reasons for failed recharge crediting, and further verification is required based on the recharge method.
- If the recharge method is online payment (Duxiaoman, WeChat Pay, Alipay), please find the merchant order number in the bill of the corresponding payment method, then submit a ticket to feedback to us, and we will verify the reason for you.

If the recharge method is exclusive account remittance:
- If the remitter matches the account’s certification information, the system will automatically complete the fund addition in approximately 10 minutes. If the fund is not credited for a long time, please submit a ticket to feedback to us, and we will verify the reason for you.
- If the remitter does not match the account’s certification information, the system cannot complete the recharge. You need to enter the account name of remitter: go to the Exclusive Account Remittance page under Financial Center > Transaction Details, find the Enter Account Name of Remitter option in the operation column, and fill in the account name of remitter. After the system verification is passed, this remittance will be successfully recharged to your Baidu AI Cloud account balance.
How to check recharge records?
You can access the management console, navigate to the Cash Transactions page under Financial Center > Consumption Center > Transaction Details, select Recharge for the transaction type, and you can query the recharge records of your account. If you need to check the recharge method, please submit a ticket, and we will verify the details for you.
Is USD supported for recharges?
Recharges to Baidu AI Cloud require payment in RMB.
- If the payment method you selected supports converting USD to RMB, you can recharge to your Baidu AI Cloud account. You may confirm this with your bank or the payment service provider.
- You can also make a payment to Baidu AI Cloud’s offline collection account. After remittance, please submit a ticket, and we will arrange for the financial team to credit the fund to your account.
