How to View

Overview

The interfaces where you can view consumption information include: Financial Overview, Consumption Center, and Income and Expense Details; you can view the consumption overview and bill details in the consumption center.

• [The Financial Overview](#Financial Overview) page serves as a one-stop entry for convenient operations. Common functions such as account recharge, balance withdrawal, consumption information view, and resource renewal can all be performed on this page.
• The Consumption Overview page provides consumption data and historical consumption trends classified by product type, making it easy for you to quickly browse your consumption situation.
• The Bill Details page displays information for each bill. The bill amount represents the payable amount of this bill calculated based on the current inquiry price for resource usage.
• The Income and Expense Details page displays the transaction flow of cash and coupons over time, covering all inflows and outflows related to your account.

Financial overview

You can sign in to Baidu AI Cloud Management Console, and then click Financial Center on the left navigation bar to enter the Financial Center interface, which is displayed in the Financial Overview interface by default.

Account information

• Display the cash balance and available coupons of your account. You can choose the Recharge or Withdraw button to recharge or withdraw your account balance. For detailed operations, refer to Recharge or Withdraw.
• You can set the balance threshold alarm here:

1. You can enable Balance Warning or disable this feature;
2. Enter the amount in the Warning Threshold box. Once the balance falls below this threshold, the system will send you a warning message via SMS or email.

Consumption information

• Display the total amount of money spent today and the total amount spent this month, and click the amount spent this month to redirect to the Consumption Center -> Consumption Overview.

Pending tasks

• Pending payment orders: Display the number of pending payment orders, and click the amount to redirect to Order Management;
• Pending renewal instance: Display the number of pending renewal resources, and click the amount to redirect to Renewal Management;
• Pending invoice amount: Display the amount that can be invoiced, and click the amount to navigate to Invoice Management.
