Disclaimer

I, the declarant, hereby declare and warrant that the qualification materials provided by me are true, legal and valid, and that I have obtained authorization from the remitter. The remitter agrees to pay all recharge amounts under the Baidu Open Cloud Product Service Agreement signed between me and Baidu. In case of any subsequent issues related to payment or other matters arising therefrom (e.g., any losses caused by my fraudulent claim or incorrect claim, including but not limited to claims for compensation from the actual remitter against me), Baidu shall not be liable. I shall bear the guarantee and compensation liabilities for all losses caused to Baidu thereby, and Baidu shall have the right to cancel my account and terminate the relevant services at its sole discretion.
