Is it secure to use Cloud Disk Storage (CDS) to store data?

The Cloud Disk Storage (CDS) realizes the security isolation of data, which is different from the mutual isolation of CDS data among different tenants to effectively ensure the data security. Meanwhile, the multi-replica mechanism ensures the data are lost due to hardware failure, and further increases the data security.

The disk purchased separately is mounted to the server. Will the disk be deleted if the disk expires first but the server doesn't expire? How long is the retention time?

The disk will be deleted. CDS is processed as below after it expires: After expiration, the system will send you a renewal reminder, and the data will be retained for you for 7 days, during which no fees will be charged. The CDS data resources expiring at least 7 days ago are cleared and cannot be recovered. The system will send a notification 1 day before and when the resources are cleared.
