**Descriptions:**
- At present, the previous generation of cloud disk storage is in the natural elimination process. It is recommended for you to purchase other Cloud Disk Storages. As the purchased previous generation of cloud disk storage may fail to scale up in some regions, Change Disk Type to the general HDD with the same price or other types with excellent performance. You can change the disk type on-line, without influence on the read and write process;
- Currently, Enhanced SSD supports some packages under the DCC only but do not support BCC temporarily. If you need to use it, submit a Ticket;
- The performance of Enhanced SSD, General SSD, High Performance Cloud Disk, High throughput HDD, and General HDD increases linearly with the capacity. For example, if you purchase a 100 GB High Performance Cloud Disk Storage, the peak performance is up to random IO 2600 IOPS and 115 Mbps throughput. The previous generation of cloud disk storage has a throughput of 30 to 40 MBps and several hundreds of IOPS, with a latency of less than 10 msec;
- The data reliability of all Cloud Disk Storages is 99.9999999%;
- The read and write CDS process of the Baidu AI Cloud Compute needs to occupy a specific network bandwidth. To optimize the read and write performance of CDS, we provide a specific exclusive CDS bandwidth additionally for the Baidu Cloud Compute to guarantee the throughput performance of CDS:
(1) Each CPU core has a CDS bandwidth of 16 Mb/s. For example, if you purchase a 16-core Baidu AI Cloud Compute, it has an exclusive CDS bandwidth of 256 Mb/s;
(2) The exclusive CDS bandwidth computes the read and write requests respectively. For example, the 16-core Baidu Cloud Compute has the read bandwidth of 256 MB/s and the write bandwidth of 256 MB/s;
and (3) The CDS bandwidth actually used by the Baidu Cloud Compute includes two sections, exclusive bandwidth and shared bandwidth. Therefore, the actual throughput of CDS is considerably higher than the throughput allowed by the exclusive bandwidth.
