Baidu AI cloud provides users with a command-line tool - CDS CMD that has free installation, high-execution efficiency, and simple use method. CDS CMD currently only includes partial functions of CDS disks. Only the functions mentioned below are supported; unmentioned CDS disk functions are temporarily unavailable. The current functions of CDS CMD primarily include automatic disk partition and expansion and file system-related operations. With CDS CMD, you can perform one-click partition and expansion of disks (data disk only) and file system operations. Specific functions are as follows:

  • Currently supported Linux systems: CentOS/Ubuntu. For specific versions, refer to the tool installation document. More versions may be under development, so stay tuned.
  • Automatic expansion of new disks: Support MBR for disks below 2048 GB and GPT for larger disks. Only one partition is created and ext4 file system is used by default;
  • Disks supporting ext4, xfs file systems;
  • Old disk expansion: MBR - MBR, GPT - GPT, extending based on the original file system;
  • Expand the file system on a disk without partition
