Monitor alarm
View monitor
Disk monitor data can be accessed in the BCM console, on the cloud disk server (CDS) details page, or the BCC instance details page.
Currently supported metrics

Viewing Method 1: Go to the Baidu Cloud Monitor (BCM) console.
Viewing Method 2: Enter Product Services > Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) > Disk, click the cloud disk server (CDS) instance you want to view, and you can view the monitor data chart on the cloud disk server (CDS) details page. On this page, you can view the current read/write throughput, read/write times, and error IO information of the cloud disk server (CDS).

Viewing Method 3: Enter Product Services > Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) > Instance > Instance Details > Monitor to view cloud disk server (CDS) monitor data. This page displays monitor details for both system disk and mounted data disks under BCC instances.

Alarm Management
Alarms can be set for monitored data on the cloud disk server (CDS). If a monitored value surpasses the defined threshold, an SMS or email notification will be sent to the designated recipient.
View alarm details
On the CDS Disk Details page, click on Alarm Details to navigate to the Alarm Management subpage.

Add the alarm strategy
Click Add Policy to set the alarm thresholds and notification methods for the corresponding metrics. For specific operations, refer to Alarm Action.

You can define custom alarm strategies on the Add Strategy page.

Management alarm strategy
You can disable or delete existing alarm strategies; disabled ones can be re-enabled. For specific operations, refer to [Manage Alarms](BCM/Operation guide/Alarm Service/Manage Alarms.md).
