          Recharge Operation

          1. Log into Baidu AI Cloud and enter the console. There are two following ways to enter the recharge page:

            • On the homepage of the console, move the mouse cursor over the "Finance" button in the navigation bar on the upper right corner, and a small window will pop up. Click the "Recharge" button.

            • On the homepage of the console, click the "Finance" button in the navigation bar on the upper right corner to enter the "Finance Center". On the "Account Overview" page, click the "Recharge" button.

          2. Enter the recharge page and select "Online payment" or "Offline transfer" at "Recharge method".

            • Online Payment: Select the payment platform "UnionPay individual", "UnionPay enterprise", "Quick payment", "Alipay" or "WeChat Pay".
            • Offline transfer: You can get your exclusive account and transfer offline to your exclusive account. The system will directly match the transfer to your Baidu Open Cloud account, and automatically make payment. Applicable to all users who have completed individual authentication and enterprise authentication through Baidu AI Cloud (currently not support users who synchronize identity status from Baidu wallet). Specific steps are as follows:

              1. Click "Get your Exclusive Transfer Account" in the transfer information bar to get the bank wire transfer exclusive account for automatic payment.

              1. Click "Send Verification Code", enter the verification code received, and click "OK" button to get your exclusive transfer account.
              2. Go to any bank branch or online banking and complete advance deposit for the account of Baidu AI Cloud via bank wire transfer.

                Note:

                • To ensure successful transfer, please make sure that the name of the remitter is the same as the name of identity verification.
                • The name of the remitter will be the name for your VAT special invoice.
          3. Select "Recharge amount" or enter the amount manually and click "Confirm Recharge".
          4. If the recharge is unsuccessful, click "Submit a Ticket" to enter the page for submitting tickets. Please submit a ticket to us.
          5. After successful recharge, you can click the "Income and expense breakdowns" in the navigation bar to view the recharge record.
