Application Steps

1.Please set the invoice information first Set Invoice Information.

2.Submit an invoice application

Log into the Baidu AI Cloud console, and go to the "Finance Center > Invoice Management". On the invoice list page, the system will show the amount available for invoicing. By default, customers can apply for invoices when the amount available for invoicing is up to 500 CNY. For small amount invoices, please submit a work order for application.

3.Invoice application process

• Click the "Invoice" application button to enter the invoice application page. Customer select the category of this application, as described below:

Consumption: Include new purchases, renewals, upgrades, cloud market commissions, refunds, liquidated damages, etc. with default of Mechanical service fees and the minimum amount for such category is 500 CNY.

Consumption (amount unlimited): The scope is the same as the consumption and there is no lower limit for the amount in this category.

Others: Only include deduction of deposit with default of liquidated damages.

• Enter the amount of this application. The applied amount cannot exceed the current balance available for invoicing. After entering the amount, click "Next".

4.Select the address information If the customer has set a default address in the address management, it will be selected by default when applying. If it is has not been set before, click "Add" address information enter the address and contact information of the invoice, and click "OK".

5.Submit the invoice application Click "Apply" for an Invoice to complete the application for an invoice. Baidu will review and issue the invoice within 15 working days, and send it to you free of charge within 3 days after the invoice is issued.

Note: When you receive the invoice package, please check and verify the invoice information before accepting it. If there are any problems, please reject it. Once it is accepted, Baidu AI Cloud will not be responsible for problems such as loss.
