Overview

To meet users‘ business demands, Baidu AI Cloud supports users to flexibly switch the charge methods of cloud service. On-demand Billing (postpaid) and yearly and monthly packages charge (prepaid) method can be switched with each other.

• Change of the charge method will immediately become valid, and the expiration time is subject to the financial order.

Conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid

Operation steps

Take the Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) as an example. The operations for change from postpaid to prepaid are as follows:

1. Log into the console and enter "“Product Services > Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC)”".

2. Select one or more postpaid BCC instances, and select billing change in “Batch operation”.

   

3. Select the duration to be purchased in prepaid.

   

4. Click Next to enter payment link.
5. Upon successful payment, the new billing method takes effect immediately.

Conversion from Prepaid to Postpaid

Billing change Note:

1. Only support to prepaid BCC, CDS and EIP instances. Before the instance expires, it can be changed to postpaid.
2. The change will become valid after expiration.
3. This function only supports users who have not enabled the automatically renew.
4. For change from prepaid to postpaid, more than 100 CNY shall be in the account balance; otherwise the order will fail and be invalidated.

3. Confirm the purchase information and click Next.

   

4. Click Go to pay, and the billing charge will be successfully changed.
