When does the voucher expire?

The validity period of the voucher is specified by Baidu when it is issued to the customer and is calculated from the time when it is issued to the customer, regardless whether it is activated. The voucher is still valid at 23:59:59 on the expiry date and will become invalid after 00:00.

Why can't I use the voucher during payment?

vouchers without designating objects need to be activated before use. Please see Voucher Description After logging into the console, click the user name in the upper right corner and select Finance Center from the drop-down menu. After entering the Financial Center you can see the Voucher Management link in the console on the left. Click it, and you will see Activate Vouchers. If you have a voucher, you can activate it and use it.

Can I use the voucher to offset the arrears?

No. The arrears can only be paid by recharge in cash and cannot be paid by vouchers.
