You can flexibly adjust the configuration of BCC instance according to your requirements, including CPU, memory, system disk and elastic bandwidth.

Upgrade the CPU and Memory

Application Scenarios

• For the prepaid BCC instance, you can upgrade the CPU, memory and network bandwidth from low to high.
• For the on-demand billing BCC instance with public IP, you can increase or decrease the CPU, memory or network bandwidth dynamically.
• When the change of CPU and memory configuration, the system automatically restarts to make the new configuration take effect after the successful payment. The system does not restart for the change of bandwidth configuration only.

Operation Steps

Method I:

1.Select “Product Service > BCC”, enter the BCC list.

2. Select "Instance" in the left navigation bar to enter the "Instance List" page.
3. Click "More" on the right of instance, and then select "Instance Settings" -> "Configuration Upgrading" to enter the "Upgrade BCC Configuration" page.

4. Select the corresponding configuration, and then click "Shop Now" to pop up the Restart System prompt.

Note: For the prepaid BCC instance, the CPU and memory upgrading is only supported within the service life, and the fee is deducted at one time. The CPU and memory upgrading is not supported. Adjust the configuration carefully according to the actual requirements.

5. Click "OK" to enter the "Confirm Order" page.
6. Click "Pay" to enter the "Activation Successful" page, and then complete the BCC upgrading.

Method II:

1.Select “Product Service > BCC”, enter the BCC list.

2. Select "Instance" in the left navigation bar to enter the "Instance List" page.
3. Click "Instance Name" to enter the "Instance Information" page.
4. Click "More Actions", and then select "Configuration Upgrading" to enter the "Upgrade BCC Configuration" page.

5. Select the corresponding configuration, and then click "Shop Now" to pop up the Restart System prompt.

Note: For the prepaid BCC instance, the CPU and memory upgrading is only supported within the service life, and the fee is deducted at one time. The CPU and memory upgrading is not supported. Adjust the configuration carefully according to the actual requirements.

6. Click "OK" to enter the "Confirm Order" page.
7. Click "Pay" to enter the "Activation Successful" page, and then complete the BCC upgrading.

Flexible Bandwidth Adjustment

Application Scenarios

• For the prepaid BCC instance, the bandwidth upgrading is supported only.
• For the on-demand billing BCC instance with public IP, you can adjust the bandwidth dynamically, such as bandwidth increase or reduction.

Operation Steps

1. Select "Product Service" -> "BCC", and then you can see the BCC Instance list created by users.

   

2. Select some instance, and click the instance name to enter the "Instance Details" tab, and then click "Adjust Bandwidth".
3. Set the corresponding bandwidth, and then click "Shop Now" to enter the "Confirm Order" page.

Notice: For the prepaid BCC instance, the bandwidth upgrading is only supported within the service life, and the fee is deducted at one time. Select the bandwidth carefully according to the actual requirements.

After the order information is viewed, click "Go to Pay" to enter the payment page.

5. Click "Confirm Payment" to complete the payment successfully. After the payment, the system creates BCC in the background.
6. Click the "Admin Console" link to enter the "Instance List" page, and then view the instance creation status.
7. After the bandwidth upgrading, the instance without public IP obtains the public IP.
