1. Disk: Add the release CDS disk (the difference with the existing interface is that it can control whether the snapshot is deleted), rename disk, change disk property and change disk billing mode interfaces.
2. Image: Add the cross-region replication of custom image, cancelling cross-region replication of custom image, sharing custom image, cancelling sharing custom image and query shared user list of images interfaces. Supplement the error code for the "Delete Custom Image" interface.
3. Modify the VolumeAttachmentModel data structure, and modify the return examples of "Query Disk List", "Query Disk Details" and "Mount CDS Disk" interfaces.
