Change the Billing Mode

To facilitate users to change the billing mode of BCC instance, Baidu AI Cloud launches the change billing mode features to support the change between the postpaid BCC instance and the prepaid BCC instance, i.e., the on-demand billing BCC instance can be changed to the prepaid BCC instance, and the prepaid BCC instance can be also changed to the on-demand billing BCC instance.
