          How to Pay for Purchasing BCC?

          BCC provides the prepaid mode (monthly and annual billing) and postpaid mode (on-demand billing). If you select the prepaid mode, you can pay for the generated order after the purchase of BCC. If you select the postpaid mode, your account balance should be more than 100 CNY. At this time, you can directly purchase BCC and place an order without immediate payment.

          How to Get an Invoice?

          You need to follow the online process and apply for it on the "Financial Center" > "Invoice Management" page.

          Does System Issue Expiration Reminder?

          For prepaid products (annual and monthly billing), the system sends an expiration reminder to users in the short message every day in 7 days before the expiration of service life.

          Can Postpaid BCC Be Changed to Prepaid BCC?

          Can. You can change the on-demand billing mode (postpaid) to the annual or monthly billing mode (prepaid) through the "Billing Mode Change" feature.

          How Does Tariff Change After Resources Configuration Changes?

          You can use it after the resource configuration changes and you complete the payment.

          Resource Is Suspended Due to Arrears. Does System Recover Automatically After Top Up?

          • BCC automatically shuts down and the data is retained within 7 days after expiration. Furthermore, it sends a renew notice to users. The system automatically restores the original service after renew.
          • BCC is deleted and the resource can not be recovered when the arrears exceed 7 days, but the custom image is retained.

          Does Custom Image Exist After Release of Instance?

          Exist.

          Can I Switch Between Billing Modes?

          It supports users to change the on-demand billing mode (postpaid) to the annual or monthly billing (prepaid) of BCC instances. You can change the billing mode on the BCC console directly .
