User can query the running log of the downloaded instance through the console to know the running status of the instance. There is no charge for the log management function.

Precautions

• The log file will be saved for 3 days, log files before 3 days cannot be viewed.

Operation procedures

1. Login the MongoDB Management Console.
2. Select the Region where the instance is located at the upper left corner of the console page.
3. Click the Replica Set Instance List or Shard Set Instance List on the left navigation bar.
4. Click the instance name of the target instance to enter the instance details page.
5. Click the Log Management in the left navigation bar, if it is the first use, authorization is required. Check “Baidu smart cloud user agreement”, and click the button Open Running Log.

6. Select the node to view the running log list file according to the instance type. You can view the log files in the last 3 days.

   • Replica set instance: Primary and Secondary of instance are optional at the top of the page

   

   • Shard set instance: Primary and Secondary in the Mongos node or Shard node of the instance are optional at the top of the page

7. Click Select Time Period to query corresponding running log file.

   Description: Log files of the current day of this instance are displayed on the log management page by default, you can also set the time dimension to view historical log files.

8. Download log files you need. You can click Download Directly option to download the log files you need, or you can copy the Link to browser to download the running log files
