Manual Renewal of Prepaid Instances
Last Updated:2021-08-30
The prepaid (on an annual or a monthly basis) instances have an expiration period. Failure to renew the instances before the expiration date will cause business interruption or even data loss. It is therefore recommended that you manually renew them in time.
Background Information
After the prepaid instance expires, renew it within seven days. Otherwise, the instance is released, and its data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
For renewal rules and billing instructions, refer to the billing items and price instructions.
