BCM-Tool is a command-line utility for the BCM Service. It supports pushing and querying Monitor Metric data, as well as querying Monitor metadata. Future updates will enable adding, modifying, deleting, and querying Alarm Strategies, along with checking alarm statuses and events.

With the help of this tool, users can push Custom Monitor Metric data to the specified [Region](BCM/BCM-Tool/Multi-Region Service.md) and can also aggregate query custom Monitor data.
