Why is the cloud server/relational database list empty?
No cloud server or relational database instance has been created. Please go to the Console - Cloud Server/Relational Database page to create an instance. Once created, it will automatically appear in the Monitor List.
Why does site monitor frequently show insufficient data or discontinuous metric trend chart breakpoints?
The monitored target website is unstable, leading to monitoring timeouts and the failure to gather valid data.
The user has configured anomaly notifications. Why is only one alarm SMS or email sent when the alarm status changes to "abnormal"?
If "Alarm Repeat Notification" is not enabled when setting up the alarm strategy, alarm notifications will only be triggered when there is a change in the alarm strategy status. As a result, when the alarm status changes from "Normal" or "Insufficient Data" to "Abnormal," only one SMS or email will be sent.
After alarm shielding, why does the alarm strategy status change?
Alarm shielding only disables alarm notification functions, such as sending SMS or emails, but does not affect status changes in alarm strategies.
No data for BCC metric

2: Due to restrictions of security group on BCC, BCM-Agent cannot send data to the monitor platform. Please add an egress rule to the security group with TCP protocol, port range 80, and destination IPs 169.254.169.254 and bcm.baidubce.com (security groups do not support domain names as destination addresses. Resolve the domain name to its IP address locally on the BCC instance.)
