1. How to run and stop bcm-agent manually?

Manual run:

1service bcm-agent start

Manual stop:

1service bcm-agent stop

For CentOS 7 and above, systemctl can manage the bcm-agent service

3systemctl stop bcm-agent-new

2. After the machine restarts, is it necessary to manually start bcm-agent?

No action required; the bcm-agent will automatically start with the system after installation.

3. How to uninstall bcm-agent?

Refer to Appendix.

4. How to check if the bcm-agent program has been started?

For Linux OS, check if bcm-agent.upgrader and bcm-agent are running normally

1ps -ef | grep bcm-agent

For Windows OS

Check the Task Manager to confirm that 2 bcm_agent.exe processes and 2 bcm_agent_upgrade.exe processes show the status as [Running]

5. bcm-agent is running normally, why is there no monitoring data?

Check network or DNS Configuration

1ping bcm.baidubce.com
