          Cloud Monitor

          Event Monitoring

          Feature Introduction

For the different abnormal events emerging in the operation process of cloud products, e.g. service fault, assembly abnormality and performance decline, the BCM can make real-time monitoring and notify the users according to alarm policies, so as to facilitate your timely understanding of the running status of cloud products.

Unlike the general monitoring indexes, the event monitoring doesn't periodically and continuously acquire the data, and can only acquire the corresponding data and trigger alarms when an event occurs.

          Supported Cloud Products

Currently, only BBC is supported, covering the different abnormal events of hardware during the running process of BBC.

          View Event

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < Event Monitoring > to enter the page of "Event List".

          • At the top of the list, you can screen the generated events according to event levels, product types and regions.
          • At the top right of the list, you can modify the time range, find the events according to the event occurrence time, or search events according to the event name and cloud product instance ID.

2.Click the event name, and you can further view the event details in the right sidebar. If necessary, you can submit the event details to the technical support team via the work order to obtain the further help.

            • Warning: Non-fatal problem (performance decline, capacity damage, etc.)
            • Early warning: For some abnormal problems about to occur, warn the users in advance.
            • Notification: Events which don't cause any abnormal phenomena, or which are generated when the monitoring object recovers to "Abnormal" from "Normal"
