Manage Site Tasks

Create Site Tasks

1.In the left navigation, click "Site Monitoring" to enter the page of site task list.

2.Click < Create Task > button.

3.Select the monitoring type. The BCM provides four types: "HTTP", "HTTPS", "PING" and "TCP".

• HTTP

a.Click < HTTP Monitoring > button to enter the form of "Create HTTP Monitoring Tasks".

b.Fill in the form information according to the page prompt, and the HTTP request methods are divided into GET and POST.

c.Click < Create > button to complete creation.

• HTTPS

a.Click < HTTPS Monitoring > button to enter the form of "Create HTTPS Monitoring tasks".

b.Fill in the form information according to the page prompt, and the request methods are divided into GET and POST.

c.Click < Create > button to complete creation.

• PING

a.Click < PING Monitoring > button to enter the form of "Create PING Monitoring Tasks".

b.Fill in the form information according to the page prompt.

c.Click < Create > button to complete creation.

• TCP

a.Click < TCP Monitoring > button to enter the form of "Create TCP Monitoring Tasks".

b.Fill in the form information according to the page prompt.

c.Click < Create > button to complete creation.

Modify Site Tasks

1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site monitoring tasks.

2.Click < Modify > button in the "Operation" column to modify the site tasks in the pop-up form.

Delete Site Tasks

1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site monitoring tasks.

2.Click < Delete > button in the "Operation" column to delete site tasks.

View Site Monitoring Trend Chart

Precondition

The site tasks have been created. If they are not created, please refer to Create Site Tasks.

Operation Steps

1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site tasks.

2.Click the link of site name to enter the details page of site monitoring.

3.click < Monitoring Information> tab page to view the monitoring trend chart. Click the "Recent" pull-down box to view the recent 1-hour, 6-hour, 1-day, 7-day and 14-day monitoring trend charts.

Add Site Alarm Policy

The alarm policy may be added by two methods:

• Method 1:
  1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site tasks.
  2.Click < Add an Alarm Policy > button in the "Operation" column to enter the form of "Add an Alarm Policy".
  3.Fill in the form and set the alarm policy parameters.
  4.To add an alarm object, please refer to Alarm Action.
  5.Click < Submit > button to add an alarm policy.

• Method 2:
  1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site tasks.
  2.Click the link of site name to enter the details page of the site.
  3.Click < Alarm Policy > tab page to view the list of configured alarm policies for the site.
  4.Click < Add Policy > to enter the form page of "Add Policy".
  5.Fill in the form and set the alarm policy.
  6.To add an alarm object, please refer to Alarm Action.
  7.Click < Submit > button to add an alarm policy.

View Site Alarm Policy

1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site tasks.

2.Click the link of site name to enter the details page of the site.

3.Click < Alarm Policy > tab page to view the list of configured alarm policies for the site.

4.Click the name link of the alarm policy to view the details of the alarm policy.

Note:

This section only introduces the view of alarm policy. For the "Modification", "Deletion" and "Shielding" of alarm policies, please refer to Management Alarm for details.

View Site Alarm Event

1.Click < Site Monitoring > in the left navigation to enter the list of site tasks.

2.Click the link of site name to enter the details page of the site.

3.Click < Alarm Event > tab page to view the occurring alarm events.
