TBSP Billing

The TBSP integrates advanced local scrubbing capabilities to fully defend against attacks and provide best-effort protection. As Baidu AI Cloud continues to enhance its network functionality, the protection capabilities will improve without incurring additional scaling costs for users.

Description:

• If a DDoS attack surpasses the maximum capacity of the Baidu AI Cloud Cleaning Center, Baidu AI Cloud reserves the right to limit traffic to maintain public network stability. When protected IP instances are subject to traffic restriction, they may experience bandwidth limitations or even be blocked. Blocked IPs can be manually unblocked in the attack records section.

Prepay

The TBSP is prepaid. Before purchasing an instance, ensure your account has no outstanding balance. Price for TBSP of the same specification may vary across regions. For details, refer toEIP Pricing Details.

Expiration reminders and handling

• Expiration notices: The system will issue notifications about impending expiration 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the EIP service expires.
• Post-expiration action: Service will be suspended immediately upon expiration, and the system will send a notification regarding the suspension due to outstanding debt. The IP address will be retained free of charge for 7 days. If no payment is made within this period, the IP will be released. The system will send a notification one day prior to and at the time of release.

Refund policy

Refunds are not available after purchasing an instance.
