Certification

Real-name certification is mandatory before creating an EIP instance.

Operation steps

Real-name certification must be completed before creating an EIP instance. Please perform "Enterprise Certification" or "Personal Certification" based on your situation. For details, please refer to [Personal Certification](UserGuide/Certification/Personal Real-name Certification/Overview.md) or [Enterprise Certification](UserGuide/Certification/Enterprise Real-name Certification/Overview.md).

If you have not completed real-name authentication when creating EIP instance, click the Certification prompt button on the page to complete the relevant operations on the Real-Name Certification page.

Note:

• For individual users creating postpaid EIP instances, facial recognition certification is required, whereas enterprise users are exempt from this requirement.
• Purchasing an EIP instance in the Wuhan region requires enterprise certification.
