The main purposes of EIP include:

• You can obtain public network bandwidth service via EIP instance.
• You can configure the billing mode of EIP instance flexibly, including payment by need and by bandwidth, payment by need and by traffic and payment by bandwidth of prepaid.
• You can bind EIP instance to any BCC or BLB instance, or unbind it to match different service scenes of users.
