Before creating EIP instances, you must complete identity verification.

Operation steps

Before creating EIP instances, you need to perform identity verification. Please perform "Enterprise Authentication" or "Individual Authentication" based on your own condition, and for the specific information, please see Individual Authentication or Enterprise Authentication.

If you still fail to complete identity verification when creating EIP instance, you can click on the page. Authentication Prompt" button in the page to complete related operations in the page of identity verification.

Note:

• After creation by individual users, face recognition is needed for postpaid EIP instance, and no face recognition is needed for enterprise users.
• Enterprise authentication is needed for purchase of EIP instance in Wuhan region.
