Purchase Quota Limit
To ensure the normal use of EIP resources, Baidu AI Cloud limits the number of EIP instances that each user can purchase, and such limitation can be adjusted with the product operation policy. Flexible public network IP quota does not support adjustment by default, and the IP can be converged via NAT gateway and load balance. The specific rules are as follows, if adjustment is needed in case of special circumstance, the account needs to have a cloud service resource of corresponding level, and you can submit ticket for application:
- Individual users: 50 EIP quotas in each region.
- Enterprise users: 130 EIP quotas in each region.
Note:
- After creation by individual users, face recognition is needed for postpaid EIP instance, and no face recognition is needed for enterprise users.
- Enterprise authentication is needed for purchase of EIP instance in Wuhan region.
- If you need a higher quota, the excessive quota might be charged.
- In case of frequent change of IP, violation of applicable laws and regulations after adjustment, Baidu AI Cloud has the right to recover the quota.
Purchase Bandwidth Limit
Baidu AI Cloud imposes restrictions on the peak bandwidth of EIP instances purchased by users, and this restriction may be adjusted according to product operation policies. If your business requires guaranteed or greater bandwidth peaks, you must use fixed bandwidth billing EIP. If you need greater bandwidth peaks, you can submit a ticket application. The peak EIP bandwidth limit is as follows:

Note:
- The peak EIP bandwidth billed by traffic is not regarded as a business commitment indicator. When resource contention occurs, it may be restricted. The peak EIP bandwidth billed by the fixed bandwidth is guaranteed.
Outbound/inbound bandwidth rate limit rules:

Inbound bandwidth (bandwidth flowing into EIP) When the peak bandwidth of the EIP you purchased is greater than or equal to 20 Mbps, Baidu AI Cloud will allocate the inbound bandwidth equal to the peak bandwidth of the purchased bandwidth.
When the peak bandwidth of the EIP you purchased is less than 20Mbps, Baidu AI Cloud will allocate 20Mbps inbound bandwidth.

Note: > > As for EIP that is purchased through official website promotionational activities, when the purchased peak bandwidth is less than 10Mbps, Baidu AI Cloud will allocate 10Mbps as an incoming bandwidth. When the purchased bandwidth is greater than or equal to 10Mbps, Baidu AI Cloud will allocate the incoming bandwidth that is equal to the purchased bandwidth peak.
- Outbound bandwidth (bandwidth from EIP) Baidu AI Cloud will allocate outbound bandwidth equal to the peak value of the purchased bandwidth.
Cross-border Bandwidth Limit Rules in Hong Kong:
When the peak bandwidth of your purchased EIP instance or the shared bandwidth is greater than or equal to 2 Mbps, Baidu AI Cloud allocates 2Mbps of free cross-border bandwidth.
