The yearly and monthly packages of EIP are billed in prepaid mode in a step manner according to the bandwidth specifications, with price lower than the price billed by need Before purchasing the instance, ensure that there is no arrearage in the account.

Take the bandwidth purchased in North China-Beijing region as an example.
- To purchase 5M bandwidth, one month's expense is 23×5 = 115 CNY.
- To purchase 7M bandwidth, one month's expense is 23×5+76×(7-5) = 267 CNY
- To purchase 7M bandwidth, one year's expense is (23×5+76×(7-5))×12×0.83 = 2659.32 CNY
Expiration reminder and processing
- Due reminders: 7 days, 3 days and 1 day prior to expiration of EIP service, the system sends you notice to remind you of the expiration.
- Processing after expiration: The service is stopped immediately upon expiration, and the system sends a notice of stopping service due to arrearage. IP address is retained for 7 days for you, during which, no expense is charged, and if no fee is paid within 7 days, the IP address is released, and 1 day prior to release and during release, the system sends a release notice.
