Upgrade of the Number of Shared Bandwidth IP

- It is used to specify quantity upgrading of shared bandwidth IP.

eipAddCount | int | Yes | RequestBody parameter | Increased amount of EIP for shared bandwidth packet. This value is greater than 0, and the public network IP can contain at most n (n*5Mbps less than the total amount of shared bandwidth packet). |

200 is returned successfully, for the failed return, please see Error Code.
