The bandwidth packet can be used to bind prepaid EIP instance or shared bandwidth for temporary upgrading of prepaid bandwidth, and it supports upgrading and degrading of bandwidth by bandwidth packet at any time; after release, the bound elastic public network is restored to the original bandwidth, and the use of bandwidth packet enhances the flexibility of Elastic IP bandwidth configuration.

Purchase Bandwidth Packet

Operation steps

1. Log in "Management Console" enter "Product Service > Elastic IP"

2. Select "Bandwidth Packet"in navigation bar, and click "Create Bandwidth Packet"

   

3. Enter bandwidth packet configuration information.

   Configure	Description
   Name	Customized name of bandwidth packet
   Public network bandwidth	Select bandwidth upper limit of bandwidth packet, and the sum of bandwidth packet and prepaid instance bandwidth bound can not be greater than 200Mbps.
   Bind EIP instance	Only binding of prepaid instance is supported, and EIP instance or shared bandwidth can be selected.

4. Click "Next" confirm the order and pay for it successfully to create bandwidth packet.

5. After successful purchase, view bandwidth packet list, and click bandwidth packet name to enter bandwidth packet detail page.

   Note:

   • The column "Maximum Bandwidth"of elastic IP instance also displays the superimposed bandwidth, click it to enter bandwidth packet detail page.
   • If you select to bind more prepaid instances, each prepaid instance is bound to a bandwidth packet.

Upgrade Bandwidth Packet

Operation guide

1. Log in "Management Console" enter "Product Service > Elastic IP"

2. Select "Bandwidth Packet"in navigation bar, check the bandwidth packet to be upgraded/degraded, and click "Bandwidth Upgrading".

   

3. Select bandwidth value, click "Next" confirm the order, and pay for it successfully to modify the bandwidth.

4. Return bandwidth packet list, and display it as the modified bandwidth value.

   

Release Bandwidth Packet

Application scenarios

• The bandwidth packet can be released manually at any time.
• The released operations include two methods, namely manual release and fixed-time release .
• If the prepaid EIP instance bound to bandwidth packet is expired, the system releases the bandwidth packet directly.

Manual Release

Operation guide

1. Log in "Management Console" enter "Product Service > Elastic IP"

2. Select "Bandwidth Packet"in the navigation bar, check the bandwidth packet to be released, and click "Release"

   

3. In the pop-up dialog box "Security Verification" click "Send Verification Code" obtain the verification code from cell phone, and enter it to release bandwidth.
4. Return bandwidth packet list, and the checked bandwidth packet has been released.

Fixed-time Release

Operation guide

1. Select "Product Service > Elastic IP" and you can see the bandwidth packet list created.
2. Click "Bandwidth Packet Name" enter bandwidth packet detail page, and click "Setting"of operation information state.

3. Pop up dialog box "Automatic Release Setting" and after select it, select the date and time to be released as needed.

   

4. Click "OK"to set the release time.
5. After successful setting, view bandwidth packet detail page, and display the timing time set.
